It's all about finding the balance - in my opinion, that's the real secret to living the holistic life. When you feel like all your 'buckets' are filled equally, it can create a great feeling of accomplishment

and calmness.

The Holistic Living Programs

Are you ready to take the plunge and start living your best life? Most people have spent majority of their lives unaware of how incredible that feels. We've adapted to our 'symptoms' and now recognize them as normal. We don't recognize these feelings as the beginning stages of dis-ease. Some of us don't even recognize these symptoms  as symptoms because they're just a part of our regular life. I went YEARS without realizing bloating, cramping and gas was NOT a regular post dinner feeling. I suffered with digestive issues and never identified or recognized them as that. I would down play the symptoms by learning to adapt and comfort myself in times of discomfort. My own doctor wasn't able to identify or explain my 'symptoms' or complaints.

This inevitably sent me on a path to heal myself

and make serious lifestyle changes.

 

I understand that we are all at different levels of readiness when it comes to making life changes. I've created three different offerings to meet you where you are at on your path to wellness. In my earlier days I found a lot of success by doing a 21 day holistic detox. I would remove key foods that cause inflammation, irritation and digestive issues. It would give my body the opportunity to re-calibrate by making choices that didn't over burden my system. Our bodies are very complex and our cells are constantly rejuvenating themselves. It's easy to disregard the burden we put on our bodies natural detoxification systems with all our indulgences and lack of taking care of our selves. this is why we benefit so greatly from a little detox "break".

The meal plan program is perfect for those who want to start making healthy changes and need the assistance doing so but aren't quite ready to start working one-on-one to address all aspects of their health.

From organizing your weekly prep (what to do on what day) to a comprehensive shopping list and amazing tasty recipes. You'll start nourishing your body and feeling amazing!

The Holistic Coaching package is for those who are ready for serious change! Maybe you've already laid down some ground work, been inspired by a few great books or podcasts but aren't sure where to begin. Does this sound like you?!

I start by getting to know you: your struggles, personal goals, current diet and lifestyle habits. Then I create a custom plan that works for YOUR LIFE. There is no one sized fits all approach, every body is different and that's why my approach is personal and custom fit.

The Holistic Living Workshops

Who doesn't love a fun and interactive workshop?

 

As an avid DIY-er, foodie and healthy chef there is nothing I love more than having fun sharing my passion with a great group of people. 

 

My workshops cover a wide range of topics from DIY natural beauty products to how to build a killer salad (far from boring I promise) and so much more.
